Shipping Questions

When will my order ship?

Orders are packaged and sent in 3-5 business days (unless otherwise noted). 

Domestic packages usually arrive in 3-8 business days via USPS First Class or UPS. You'll receive a tracking notification via email as soon as your sub ships!

Do you ship internationally?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary based on weight, and orders over $50 get free shipping! (U.S. only)

Customer Service Questions

What if an item arrives damaged?

If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. When returning product(s), it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the product(s) are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the postage label.

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@that1friend.co . We'll ask for a photo of the item in order for us to process a claim with the shipping service and will replace/refund the damaged products.

What if my shipment was missing an item?

If your order arrives missing an item or items, please send us an email at hello@that1friend.co. We'll help get a replacement handled ASAP.

What is the return policy?
